These are Seafood Center clam cakes fried at Vic's house
in North Carolina. He asked us to sell him 3 dozen frozen clam cakes, and we happily agreed. He cooked a few in his personal, non-commercial fryer for six minutes in 350-degree oil.
This is what Vic emailed us after his supper:
